Step 1: Begin thinking about the topics you or your loved one(s) want to talk about. Start thinking about your childhood, career, favorite vacations and family life etc...Also check out the sample questionnaire provided to help you decide the stories you want to share on your video.
Step 2: Pick the location and date you would like to shoot your video (Complete in the next 10 days).
Step 3: Begin gathering pictures and home video clips (Complete in the next 15-20 days).
Step 4: Make sure all video clips are transferred to DVD or Mini-DV form. Legacies to Remember can take care of this for you for an additional fee. (Complete in the next 20-30 days).
Step 5: On date of interview bring all your pictures video clips with you. Try to make sure all the pictures are labeled because we will be taking them with us for editing purposes. The interview will take 1-4 hours depending on the package you choose. 50% of payment is due on the date of the interview.
Step 6: You will receive completed video in DVD format approximately 45-60 days from date of the interview. The remaining 50% of payment is due at this time.
