There is very little you have to do to get a video started. All you will need before the interview are the pictures or home video clips you would like in your video. We ask that you label all the pictures, identifying the people and places. We take the pictures with us and return them with the completed video. We also ask that you convert all home video to DVD or Mini-DV format. Legacies to Remember can take care of this for you for an additional fee.
We can also send you a sample questionnaire to get you or your loved one thinking about the stories you would like to share. The questionnaire is only a suggestion of topics. We encourage each interview subject to talk about the stories and life experiences that mean the most to them.
Depending on the package you choose, the interview will last 1-4 hours. 50% of the payment is due at the time of the interview, and the remaining 50% is due when you receive the completed video.
